Every order is delivered by our own two-person team within ten days, unpacked and placed in the room of your choosing. We'll agree a date with you in advance.

We deliver across the UK and to selected European cities. Write to us for a quote to your address.

If a piece isn't right, return it within 30 days for a full refund — collection is free, and we handle the packing.

Bespoke finishes are made for you; these can be exchanged but not refunded. We'll always make it right.

Materials and joinery are guaranteed for five years. Beyond that, we repair, re-cane and refinish for as long as you own the piece.

Dust cane with a soft dry brush; treat oak once a year with a natural wax. Keep out of direct heat and sunlight.
