We deliver every order by our own two-person team, within ten days of purchase.

Delivery is free across the UK. We agree a date with you in advance, carry the piece into the room of your choosing, and take the packaging away.

For European and international delivery, please contact us for a quote.

If a piece isn't right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Collection is free and we handle the packing. Made-to-order and bespoke finishes may be exchanged but not refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of collection.

We never sell your data. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

Our five-year warranty covers materials and joinery under normal domestic use.
